The Learning Centre at IIM Indore facilitates the issuance and management of RFID enabled ID cards for all students enrolled in various academic programmes. These multifunctional ID cards serve as a vital part of campus life, granting access to Learning Centre services, hostel facilities, classroom buildings, and other secure areas across the Institute.

How It Works – RFID ID Card Issuance Process

Programme Office Data
Programme Offices send verified student data to the Learning Centre for ID card request.

ID Card Printing Vendor
The data is shared with the approved vendor for printing RFID-enabled student ID cards.

Participant ID Card Issuance
The activated ID card is issued to the participant by the Learning Centre after verification.
In case of loss or damage, the programme office should be informed for deactivation and reissuance procedures. Upon graduation or withdrawal, the cards are systematically deactivated to maintain institutional security and system integrity.
